This loyalty discount/reward program is only for users from India.
The amount of loyalty discount for your next SSL Certificate order depends on the total amount paid for all SSL certificates purchased and in Active status at the time of placing the next order.
Getting the discount is automatic i.e. no discount code is required. Based on the total paid for SSL certificate orders Active at the time of placing your next order your loyalty discount will be auto-applied as follows with a capping of 20% as the maximum loyalty discount:

- ₹7,500 to ₹8,499 --> 8% off
- ₹8,500 to ₹9,499 --> 9% off
- ₹9,500 to ₹10,499 --> 10% off
- ₹10,500 to ₹11,499 --> 11% off
- ₹11,500 to ₹12,499 --> 12% off
- ₹12,500 to ₹13,499 --> 13% off
- ₹13,500 to ₹14,499 --> 14% off
- ₹14,500 to ₹15,499 --> 15% off

There is no capping on the total amount reduced due to applying this loyalty discount. So if you have bought a PositiveSSL certificate for ₹640 and it is still Active at the time of placing your next SSL certificate order, then you are eligible for 1% off as a loyalty discount.
You can then choose to apply this 1% off on a ₹640 PositiveSSL certificate which gets you ₹6.40 off or on a ₹18000 Thawte SSL123 Wildcard certificate which gets you ₹180 off. That's your choice!
Your earned loyalty discount for your next order will reduce when currently Active certificates get Cancelled/Expired reducing the total paid for currently Active certificates.
To understand the way this discount works let us see some examples:
- If you purchased a PositiveSSL Certificate for ₹640 two months back and it is currently Active, then you will get 1% off your next certificate (any brand, type, or price) until the first certificate expires.
- If you purchased the first Essential SSL Certificate for ₹1,140 fourteen months back but has Expired, and a second PositiveSSL Certificate for ₹640 two months back and is Active, then you will only get 1% off your next certificate (any brand, type, or price) until the second certificate expires.
- If you purchased the first Essential SSL Certificate for ₹1,140 four months back and is Active, and a second PositiveSSL Certificate for ₹640 two months back and is Active, then you will get 2% off your next certificate (any brand, type, or price) until the first certificate expires. After that, the discount will reduce to 1% for the next order until the second certificate expires.
- Let's say as you buy SSL certificates your total order amount of currently Active orders rises to ₹21,405. In this case, your loyalty discount for the next SSL order works out to 21%. However, the maximum loyalty discount is capped at 20% so you will get a loyalty discount of 20% on the next SSL order.
You can redeem the loyalty discount simply by placing your next SSL Certificate order of any brand, type, or price using your account email address linked to your previous SSL certificate orders.
The loyalty discount will be applied in addition to the already heavily discounted price, and the referral discount earned by referring new customers. So all your discounts can be combined for the best deal.
