Cancellations and Refunds

It is possible that after ordering an SSL Certificate product, your certificate generation request may, in very rare cases, get rejected by the Certifying Authority (CA). As the decision of the CA is final, we will initiate order cancellation and provide you with a 100% of the amount billed inclusive of taxes (if any) for the order.

Alternately, a refund may also be initiated by iWebz if it determines at its sole discretion that the order cannot be processed/honored due to technical difficulties. In such cases iWebz will first contact you before initiating the order cancellation & refund. iWebz will refund 100% of the amount billed, inclusive of taxes (if any), in such cases.

We always want you to be completely satisfied. We include a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee on SSL Certificate products. We will cancel and refund your order upon request by you within 7 days from the initial order/payment date if, after completing Domain Control Vaidation (DCV) successfully, there is a problem with issuing the certificate, or if the certificate issued is defective in some way, as determined by iWebz. All refund / cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days from the initial order/payment date. Only orders cancelled during this period will be eligible for a full refund as defined above. Refund granted will be 100% of the amount billed inclusive of taxes (if any) for the order.

If the User is unable to prove domain ownership using any of the (Email or File or DNS) Domain Control Validation methods provided, or if iWebz determines that the certificate order cannot be processed because the User tried to order a certificate for a domain name that the User did not own/control, then a Cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount paid (inclusive of taxes) will be retained for recovery of cost of services mis-used, and the refund will be limited to 95% of the total paid for the certificate order.

If you request a refund due to your refusal or inability to perform Certificate Enrollment / Domain Control Validation / Certificate Setup and configuration / Certificate Re-issue, we may block you from using payment gateway payment options for future orders. If you refuse or are unable to complete Domain Control Validation for your domain name, the domain name may also be blocked for future orders.

To request a refund, you must raise the Cancellation/Refund Request in writing via the Contact Support link on the Order Details page for the specific order in question and mention the order/invoice number. Any refund requests raised directly with our payment gateway partner without contacting iWebz will also be governed by this refund policy.

Refunded amounts will be credited to the same Payment Method used to pay for the order. Please note that a refund typically takes a few days to process and depends on the Payment Method used.

All refunds will be given against the Indian Rupee as the reference / store currency.
